What if I can view the Martin Learning  website, and parts of a course but not the video? (Problems with the web-browser)

In some cases the Internet Explorer web-browser may have the security settings altered to protect the client PC from malicious scripting or ActiveX plug-in attacks.  The Martin Learning site does not use any custom ActiveX components.  You or your Network Administrator may be required to modify the browser settings to enable the Martin Learning site to function correctly.  Review with your Network Administrator any suggested or proposed changes prior to implementing them.

  1. Add the learningspan.com/ml site to the list of trusted sites. Open your browser go to tools, Internet options, Click on the Security Tab, Highlight the Trusted Sites Icon, click the Sites button, and add the learningspan.com website to the list of trusted sites. Uncheck the Require Server Authentication checkbox (If you can't apply this solution you don't have enough rights on your domain. Go to step 2)
  1. Contact your Network Administrator to upgrade your user rights on your domain (If your Network Administrator tells you that is not a domain issue Go to Step 3)
  1. The firewall is blocking you from viewing the video, Contact your Network Administrator and tell her/him to add the learningspan.com/ml site to a more lenient service that will allow you to view the video stream.
